Drives the strategic growth of the group Brands within their assigned region through the negotiation of franchise agreements and management contracts to maximize value creation for the group Shareholders
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities)
Deal Negotiation To negotiate and close deals within assigned territory in line with Strategy plan. Provide up front data and research regarding viability of markets and preferred site locations for development by brand. Communicate decisions and answer all concerns related to the feasibility and business planning processes.
Analysis Manage the development, data mining and interpretation of quantitative analytical support. Collaborate with external sources and departments throughout the Company to obtain comprehensive research and reporting data for due diligence and investment analysis. Prepare all paperwork for REC/DEC approval.
People Development Act as an advisor to subordinate staff to help meet established schedules and/or resolve technical or operational problems. Share project development and owner information with related teams. Manage the performance of all direct reports.
